BTN 2024 Airline Survey Methodology

Business Travel News fielded its annual airline survey to a select group of the BTN audience from Sep. 25 – Oct. 25, asking them to rate air carriers on a scale of 1 to 5 across 11 criteria and respond regarding their partnerships over the previous 12 months. The 587 respondents included corporate travel buyers and agents. Buyers whose annual airline spend was less than $500,000 did not rate individual carriers. All buyers were limited to rating carriers with which they held contracts or flew significant volume in the previous 12 months.
