While glancing at sites like TripAdvisor is free, subscriptions to RouteHappy and Olset will cost you. Fees depend on the company size, the number of merchants a client wants to monitor, the number of reviews and calls to an API. The data is available as a raw data dump, Excel, text file or other format.
