"Booking, reservation and ticketing services" for Singapore Airlines and regional subsidiary SilkAir will be unavailable on July 7 beginning at 6 a.m. EDT
as the carrier transitions to a new reservations system. "These services are expected to progressively resume" beginning July 8 at 10 a.m. EDT, according to the carrier. The system cutover will impact both direct and indirect channels. "Internet, mobile and early check-in will not be available for all flights departing on July 8 and 9 Singapore local time," according to the carrier.
