Concur has paid $40 million for a minority interest in
Cleartrip, a privately held Indian online travel agency.
A partnership between the companies will offer clients
"access to enhanced travel content" and the ability "to capture
Cleartrip-generated travel itineraries for end-to-end travel and expense
reporting within Concur's services," Concur announced.
