RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation has acquired
Maryland-based Eyre Bus Service, RMA announced.
Financial terms were undisclosed.
Founded in 1947, Eyre has provided service throughout
Maryland and the greater Washington, D.C., region, according to RMA, which said
the acquisition strengthens its presence in the state and Mid-Atlantic region.
RMA is headquartered in Rockville, Md.
Eyre provides corporate and employee shuttles, school and
university transportation, group charters, tours, events and large-scale
movements. Eyre clients will gain access to RMA's broader fleet, technology,
24/7 operational support, and national and global transportation network,
according to RMA.
