RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation has acquired Delux Worldwide Transportation, RMA announced. Financial terms were undisclosed. Delux is headquartered in Port Washington, N.Y., and has a fleet of more than 140 vehicles, according to RMA, which added that Delux will transition over time to the RMA brand.
