Michael Black is Blacklane's new general manager for the New York region
Chauffeured transportation platform Blacklane has appointed former Uber executive Michael Black as its New York region general manager, effective immediately, the company announced Wednesday.
He will report to Blacklane CEO of the Americas Kasra Moshkani and "will play a crucial role expanding Blacklane's business in the U.S," according to the company.
Black's remit will include building and managing the local team. He most recently was president of moving and storage firm Clutter and previously worked at DoorDash and was general manager for the Uber Everywhere expansion team, according to Blacklane.
