Ground transportation supplier Addison Lee has promoted the leaders from two of its North America acquisitions over the past few years and appointed a new CFO for the region. Mike Fogarty, chief executive of the U.S. arm of Tristar, which Addison Lee acquired in 2016, has been promoted to president of Addison Lee North America, leading the region's executive team. Tim Rose—who has led Addison Lee's U.S. operations since last year's acquisition of Flyte Tyme, of which he was CEO—has been promoted to chairman of North America operations. Addison Lee also named Todd King, formerly the CFO for temp staffing firm Adecco Group's North America operations, as CFO for North America. He replaces David D'Angelo. Annual revenue for Addison Lee's North America business, which focuses largely on the New York corporate travel market, has grown to 100 million pounds since the company entered the region with the Tristar acquisition, according to Addison Lee chief executive Andy Boland.
