London-based chauffeured transportation supplier Addison Lee has acquired Tristar Worldwide. The acquisition will create a combined fleet of nearly 1,000 company-owned premium vehicles around the world, plus affiliate networks. Tristar, also based in the United Kingdom, has access to more than 10,000 vehicles in the Americas and has operations in Asia and continental Europe, as well. Its global revenue totals $75 million. Addison Lee reports 23,000 business clients and operates in Greater London.
