Private aviation company Wheels Up plans to
expand its fleet and membership after completing a financing round that raised
$117.5 million. It plans add to its fleet of Beechcraft King Air 350i aircraft
and perhaps add Cessna Citation X aircraft to its fleet as early as the first
quarter of next year. It also plans to grow its sales and marketing
organization and improve its digital platform and will consider expansion into
Western European markets.
