WestJet reported that an "unauthorized
third party" has released some profile data of WestJet Rewards members
online. The data did not include credit card or banking information. The
carrier is in the process of notifying affected members, chief information
officer and EVP Craig Maccubbin said, and the Calgary Police Service and Royal
Canadian Mounted Police are investigating.
