United Airlines has opened its newly expanded Polaris lounge at Chicago O'Hare International Airport, the carrier announced Tuesday.
The new facility is 50 percent larger than the pre-expansion lounge at nearly 25,000 square feet and can seat more than 350 passengers.
Additional features include a larger dining space with 50 seats, a second full-service bar in a "speakeasy-style space," six additional restrooms and private spaces for relaxation or work.
The O'Hare United Polaris lounge is located in Terminal 1 near gate C18. It's open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. The lounge is available to international customers traveling in United's Polaris business class and customers traveling in premium Star Alliance cabins, according to United.
