Southwest Airlines this summer will begin to offer Starlink satellite Wi-Fi access, with plans for more than 300 aircraft to be equipped with the service by the end of 2026, the carrier announced Wednesday.
Southwest began to offer free Wi-Fi to Rapid Rewards loyalty members in October, via a partnership with T-Mobile. The Starlink service will be available "across Southwest's network of 11 countries," according to the carrier.
