Southwest Airlines has signed a 10-year agreement to use Amadeus' Sky Suite by Optym. Southwest had been using the suite's tools for network optimization and simulation since 2015, and this agreement adds tools for optimizing capacity, network planning and schedule development. Southwest last year also switched to Amadeus' Altea platform for reservations.
