Latam Airlines Group has agreed to purchase 24 Embraer E195-E2 aircraft with an option for 50 more, the company announced Monday. The value of the order for 24 planes is about $2.1 billion "at list prices."
The planes will be used to expand connectivity across South America, according to Latam. Deliveries are expected to begin in the second half of 2026, initially for Latam Airlines Brazil, and potentially later for other Latam group affiliates.
