Taiwan-based carrier Eva Air on Monday announced enhancements to its premium economy class, which will be available on its Boeing 787-9 aircraft.
The 28 new seats are arranged in a 2-3-2 configuration and include 42 inches of pitch, an 8-inch recline, 15.6-inch high-definition screen, seats fitted with 110V AC and USB combo sockets, and side privacy panels on the headrest.
The updated cabin initially will be available on the Taipei-Jakarta route, with future service to include Taipei to each Munich, Milan, Vienna and on the early flight to San Francisco, according to Eva.
In addition, passengers in premium economy on flights to and from the United States, Canada and Europe will receive an amenity kit with products from the carrier's new collaboration with British brand Hunter.
