Etihad Airways has launched a new element to its Etihad for
Business program for eligible members that provides enhanced support, the
carrier has announced.
Dubbed "Corporate Care," the service provides
priority support during travel disruptions, including assistance with
rebooking, protection of the flight in case of an aircraft downgrade and seat
preference considerations in case of an aircraft swap.
There also are dedicated account management teams to provide
a "closer point of contact" for corporate partners and "close
coordination with travel management companies."
Etihad did not immediately respond to a request about what
is needed for a corporate member to become eligible for the Corporate Care
benefits.
The carrier launched
Etihad for Business in May 2025.
