Delta Air Lines on Oct. 28 officially will open at Salt Lake City International Airport its newest Sky Club, the carrier announced Monday. The nearly 34,000-sq.-ft. club, located in the newly expanded Concourse B, can seat up to 600 guests and is the second-largest Sky Club in Delta's network, according to the airline.
The Salt Lake City club also offers an 18-seat bar, food buffet, nine soundproof telephone booths, and two beverage stations for coffee, tea and soda, including a "dirty soda" bar—which is unique to this Delta club and is a nod to the beverage trend that originated in Utah. A dirty soda is a non-alcoholic beverage made by adding flavored syrups, cream and sometimes citrus to a regular soda, according to Eater.
