American Airlines later this year will introduce a premium check-in experience at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, the carrier announced Monday. The airline also unveiled plans for two additional lounge spaces at the airport.
American's new Flagship check-in experience, located near the Terminal D D30 security checkpoint, will include a private check-in environment, individual assistance from an American employee and "convenient access" to security screening, according to the carrier.
The airline also is building a new Admirals Club lounge in Terminal C that at 37,000 square feet would be the largest Admirals Club lounge in American's network. It will be located near the Terminal C Skylink station. The airline did not indicate when this lounge would open.
In addition, American plans to open a grab-and-go-style Provisions by Admirals Club lounge in the new Terminal F when that begins its phased opening, planned for 2027. It will be the first American lounge in the new terminal, according to the carrier.
