Alaska Airlines on Jan. 6, 2025, will launch seasonal daily service between Portland, Ore., and New Orleans, the carrier announced Tuesday. Flights will operate on Boeing 737 aircraft. Tickets go on sale June 19, and New Orleans will be the carrier's 55th nonstop destination from Portland International Airport once service commences.
