Alaska Airlines had the best on-time arrival
rate among major North American carriers in May, as it did in April, according
to FlightStats. For the third month in a row, all three of the largest U.S.
carriers—Delta, United and American—had above average on-time arrival months.
In May, WestJet joined them. On average, carriers got 79.6 percent of flights
to their gates within 15 minutes of scheduled arrival time in May.
