Corporate travel AI provider Amgine and Prime Numbers Technology have collaborated to develop the capability to bring profile data into Amgine's automation platform to drive personalized booking recommendations, the companies announced.
With the Dynamic Profile Integration capability, data from the Prime Analytics data consolidation and analytics platform is brought into Amgine's workflows for travel management companies. With that integration, traveler profile data and recent trip history can inform personalized offers to travelers at the moment of booking, according to the companies.
"By combining Prime Numbers' data capabilities with Amgine's AI automation platform, we're able to bring dynamic traveler preferences directly into the booking workflow," Amgine CEO Greg Apple said in a statement. "The result is that travelers receive options that actually reflect how they travel, while agents and TMCs benefit from faster decision-making and higher booking conversion."
Both JTB Business Travel and Atlas Travel have conducted pilot programs with the technology and now have the capability live, according to Amgine. It will be a part of Amgine's Premium offering, which it is making available to TMCs globally in April.
