The GBTA Foundation next month will make available a revised standard hotel request-for-proposals template.

The research and education arm of the Global Business Travel Association claimed the updated tool is "global, more efficient and easier to use, quantifies vendor sustainability practices and incorporates web service functionality for automation of data transfer." According to GBTA, the revision stemmed from a review of the pre-existing standard RFP conducted by sponsor Hilton Worldwide, members of GBTA's Hotel Committee, members of GBTA Foundation's international and technology task forces and more than 50 volunteers.
