Methodology

Business Travel News surveyed 231 corporate travel buyers online between May 28 and Aug. 7 through the CredSpark platform. Respondents were asked to select the hotel companies with which their organizations had negotiated corporate business or had significant room night volume in the past 12 months, and then were invited to rate those companies on several criteria. Hotel companies that were selected by less than 20 percent of respondents were excluded from the rankings. Responses from those who indicated they worked for suppliers were excluded. Not every respondent answered every question.
