Travel risk management provider iJet acquired Chicago-headquartered
competitor WorldAware on May 1. The deal allows iJet to expand its client base,
particularly in the United Kingdom and Australia, iJet COO John Rose told BTN. More than half the WorldAware staff
came onboard with iJet, while the rest chose to stay with parent company Aon, a
provider of insurance, risk management, human resources and consulting,
according to Rose. IJet will keep the WorldAware brand.
