Corporate ride booking platform iCars has
acquired the assets of transportation network Limos.com. ICars,
which offers a mobile app and a Web portal for travelers to book on-demand and
future rides, expects to integrate its technology with Limos.com's affiliate
network and provide a single interface within the next month. The integration
adds about 1,000 operators to the iCars platform, which had access to 6,000
vehicles prior to the merger, according to iCars chairman and CEO Gary Bauer.
