The Global Business Travel Association has developed a tool kit to standardize the airline request for proposal process with an Excel workbook to manage a project's plan and time line, a Word document for RFP guidelines, a sample pack of carrier data and a proposal template. As the committee pushes for wide adoption of the tool kit, the next step will be automating the process, said Advito global air practice leader Olivier Benoit, a member of the GBTA aviation committee.
