Almost three weeks after the deal was announced, Concur has closed on its acquisition of six-year-old travel search aggregator Hipmunk. Concur has said it does not plan to directly integrate Hipmunk into the Concur booking tool. The Hipmunk team will remain in place and will continue reporting to Hipmunk CEO Adam Goldstein.
