Corporate Travel Management has completed its acquisition of Helloworld Corporate and has begun integrating its corporate and entertainment brands, the travel management company announced.
The A$175 million acquisition, first announced in December, brings the QBT, TravelEdge, APX, Atlas Travel, AOT Hotels and Show Group brands into the CTM fold, making it the largest TMC provider for government and universities in Australia as well as more than a quarter of the 200 largest companies on the Australian Stock Exchange, according to CTM. Its focus now is to "make their migration into the CTM business a seamless experience," according to CTM Australia/New Zealand CEO Greg McCarthy.
The acquisition is CTM's third since the Covid-19 pandemic began, following its 2020 acquisitions of Travel and Transport and agency automation software provider Tramada Systems.
