Iberia CEO Rafael Sánchez-Lozano "with immediate effect" will leave the airline, to be replaced by Iberia Express CEO Luis Gallego,
the carrier announced. Sánchez-Lozano's departure was "decided by mutual agreement," according to Iberia parent International Airlines Group.
