Expense and invoice management provider Chrome River has
appointed Sunil Kayiti as chief technical officer. He replaces Mike Vargo, whom
Chrome River promoted to a new role, engineering fellow. Both will report to
Chrome River co-founder and CEO Alan Rich. Kayiti has more than 25 years of
experience and joins from investment management software company Eze Software,
where he was the managing director. He will lead the global team of 100
engineers and oversee the company's technology infrastructure. Vargo, who lead
Chrome River's technology team for 11 years, will "ensure Chrome River
takes advantage of the latest software engineering developments," said a
company spokesperson.
