Navan and American Express are partnering for an integration enabling clients to create virtual cards for travel booked on the Navan platform, the companies announced.
With the integration, Amex U.S. business and corporate card clients can create virtual cards with built-in spending policies through its Navan Connect technology, which the company said has had more than $1 billion in transaction volume since the beginning of 2024. Companies can view pending and cleared expenses on the cards in the Navan Expense dashboard, and card members will continue to earn rewards on their cards for the payments.
To support the integration, Navan is participating in Amex's Sync Commercial Partner Program, which lets software companies embed Amex capabilities in their solutions.
