The Federal Aviation Administration lifted restrictions on U.S. airline flights to and from Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv.

FAA officials late Wednesday said they made the decision after reviewing "significant new information and measures the government of Israel is taking to mitigate potential risks to civil aviation." FAA put the flight restrictions in place on Tuesday after a rocket strike landed about a mile from the airport.
