Loss-making Air France unveiled plans to operate as eight business units from January 2013.

Mainline passenger operations will be divided into three units: long-haul, medium-haul from Paris Charles de Gaulle, and flights from Paris Orly and regional airports. Called Transform 2015, the new structure gives each business unit responsibility for controlling its management costs. The restructuring plan is the second to be announced within four months.
