The Association of Corporate Travel Executives today announced that Siemens president of corporate mobility services Lutz Stammnitz and InterContinental Hotels Group sourcing director of travel JoAnne Lloyd have been elected to the association's board as members-at-large.
Germany-based Stammnitz and U.K.-based Lloyd began their three-year terms on Jan. 1. They replaced International Monetary Fund chief of the transportation section Caro Cook and Ericsson South Africa manager of the sourcing market unit for Sub-Saharan Africa Sally Rademaker, whose terms expired at the end of December.
In another board election, there was a tie between MasterCard Worldwide vice president and program lead for the multinational corporate program Leigh Bochicchio and HRG North America vice president of global markets Eve Coven White for an at-large seat. Runoff voting begins Wednesday and runs through Jan. 13.
On Jan. 1, BCD Travel senior vice president of sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa and Asia/Pacific Chris Crowley became the association's president-elect
(BTNonline, Oct. 26, 2009). He will assume the presidency from AirPlus International president Richard Crum at ACTE's Global Education Conference in Chicago in May.
