HeadBox has added venue inventory in 10 cities as it expands its North American footprint, the meetings and events platform announced Tuesday.
The London-based company entered the U.S. market in 2025 after securing a £2 million funding boost. It launched venue inventory in New York and opened an office in the city.
The platform now also supports meetings and events bookings in Washington, D.C, San Francisco, Austin, Philadelphia, Houston, Orlando, Montreal, Chicago, Boston and Las Vegas.
The company said an additional 30 U.S. cities will be added to the platform "before the end of the year."
The company also on Tuesday unveiled an AI-powered overhaul of its booking capabilities, which it said will elevate the platform "from a system of record to a global system of intelligence for meetings and events." This includes an agentic AI "layer" that serves up personalized venue recommendations based on previous booking behavior. According to the company, the AI agent can also qualify, source and book small meetings automatically.
HeadBox currently operates in the U.S., UK and Australia, with plans to further expand its venue inventory to 100 global cities "over the next six months."
