AI corporate event planning platform Nowadays has launched a Model Context Protocol server, which allows users to source and manage meetings directly through their preferred AI tools, the company announced.
With the MCP server, users can access Nowadays' capabilities via Claude, ChatGPT or other AI tools compatible with the protocol. Planners, for example, can describe event needs in natural language and see comparisons of destinations, estimated budgets and preferred properties while remaining in their preferred platform. Attendees can ask questions and receive answers about the event through the platforms as well—about travel logistics or personal needs such as dietary restrictions, for example.
The MCP server is currently available in beta to users, according to the company.
Nowadays last week was named the People's Choice winner at the Innovation Faceoff at Business Travel Show Europe in London. The company previously won both the judges' and People's Choice awards at the Innovation Faceoffs at BTS America and BTS Asia.
