Global meetings management firm ConferenceDirect named Rita Moore as director of conference management operations, starting immediately. Moore will oversee the conference management team, including training, recruiting and processes. ConferenceDirect manages over 11,000 meetings, conferences and events, representing 3.88 million room nights, for more than 2,500 customers.
