CWT Meetings & Events has launched a tool to assist planners with event website design and added live chat support for attendees, the company announced Tuesday. Both enhancements are included in CWT M&E’s standard event planning and management offering.
CWT M&E’s website collaboration tool allows clients to preview their event website, request edits and check project statuses. According to the company, the tool cut down website building time by 20 percent to 30 percent during a pilot rollout in 2022.
Additionally, clients can add a live chat feature to assist attendees with travel arrangements, event registration, guest services and tech support for hybrid and virtual events, according to the company.
