PredictX has launched new alert and notification capabilities, which let travel managers set alerts using natural language for specific metrics they wish to monitor, the company announced.
The Revere product, which taps PredictX's Cogent AI workspace, lets users set up an alert with an AI agent, such as when meals on an expense report exceed a certain amount or if ticket spending crosses a specific threshold on a specific route. The agent then asks follow-up questions to set up the alert, such as how frequently it should be checked or how the user wishes to be notified, and gives the user a summary of the alert, PredictX said.
"They can simply state in natural language whatever aspect of their data they would like to monitor, and our team of AI agents will handle the rest," PredictX CEO Keesup Choe said in a statement. "The product vision is to make setting a critical business alert as easy as asking Siri or Bixby to set an alarm clock, thus transferring a complex task into a straightforward 30-second conversation."
After deploying an alert, users can monitor alerts via a bell icon in PredictX and its audit and fraud detection product DetectX, seeing them in chronological order with unseen alerts noted by a blinking red icon. Users can see all set alerts in a management screen, with the capability to pause and restart them if desired.
Alerts also be configured to be clicked and trigger an additional action, such as automatically sending an email or Slack message, according to PredictX.
