Nina Herold
Navan COO Nina Herold will become CEO of Reed & Mackay later this year, as Fred Stratford, the travel management company's longtime CEO, retires, the company announced.
Herold, who has been with Navan, formerly TripActions, for more than seven years and became its COO in 2023, will move over to Reed & Mackay in August and will officially take the CEO role in October. She will work alongside Stratford, who has been with Reed & Mackay for 13 years including 10 as CEO, in that interim period.
Ofer Ben-David, who assumed COO responsibilities at Navan earlier this year, will continue those responsibilities upon Herold's departure, according to Navan co-founder and CEO Ariel Cohen. Herold, meanwhile, will be staying in the Navan family, as the company acquired Reed & Mackay in 2021.
"I have greatly enjoyed getting to know Fred and his leadership team since the acquisition and look forward to working closely with the entire team as we aim to drive value for our clients," Herold said in a statement. "Moving forward, I am confident we will continue to build on Reed & Mackay's legacy of providing exceptional service, while providing enhanced technology that exceeds client expectations."
