Flight Centre Travel Group has promoted John Morhous to chief experience officer of corporate brands globally. Morhous most recently served as chief strategy officer for corporate brands in the Americas. In the newly created role, he'll manage the delivery of client-facing technology across FCTG's corporate brands. Morhous completed the rollout of mobile travel assistant chatbot Sam, developed by FCM, to other FCTG brands last year. In his 11 years at FCTG, he also has delivered traveler portals, a risk management platform and a reporting suite called ClientBank. He'll also drive corporate technology strategy, including communication of plans to clients.
