U.K.-based travel management company Clarity is launching a specialized division for entertainment and media travel on Feb. 27
Clarity Entertainment & Media will specialize in travel management for customers in television, media, production, music, artist tours, fashion and the arts, according to the TMC. The service will be based in London and offer services including specialist vehicles and charter aircraft booking, venue searching, securing passports for transporting special equipment, access to exclusive entertainment fares and carbon-footprint reporting.
The service "complements our existing specialist propositions" and is an area "where we see significant opportunities for growth," according to Clarity executive director Donna Fitzgerald.
Clarity has hired two former Corporate Traveler entertainment travel specialists to lead the division. James Langton, who worked in operations and account management roles at Corporate Traveler's entertainment and media division for 11 years, is joining Clarity as director of sales and account management for the division. Lucy Goldston, who worked in the same division at Corporate Traveler, will be Clarity's director of operations.
