CWT has created two
traveler experience roles. The travel management company has brought in
Consuelo Corridori as head of HR for traveler experience and Dirk Van Leeuwen
as head of global operations for its traveler experience department. They'll
report to chief traveler experience officer Niklas Andreen. When Andreen joined
the company in June, it rebranded traveler services as traveler experience.
Corridori will
"lead the strategic workforce evolution" of the traveler experience department
and will represent the travel program within the HR department. Van Leeuwen
will work with the TMC's contact centers to ensure travelers get a consistent experience
globally and will roll out traveler experience initiatives and messaging across
those centers.
Andreen noted the value
for traveler experience of the new hires' diverse backgrounds. Corridori will
be based in London, is an Italian citizen and has worked in Cyprus, as well.
She's held executive HR roles in education, technology, media and travel, including at Travelport. Van
Leeuwen, a Dutch national born in Bangkok and based in Paris, joins from
e-learning company Woonoz and has 12 years of experience leading contact center
teams.
