The American Society of Travel Advisors has hired airline and travel management company sales veteran Stephanie Kent to manage its new effort supporting corporate travel agencies and TMCs, the organization announced.
Kent now is senior manager of ASTA Corporate, which launched earlier this year to expand on the work of ASTA's Corporate Advisory Council, offering dedicated staff, research and activities to the corporate travel segment. Kent—who has worked in the travel industry for nearly 30 years, including in global sales and account management roles with Delta Air Lines, Air France, Singapore Airlines, Protravel, Omega World Travel and CWT—will work with ASTA EVP Mark Meader, who is leading ASTA Corporate.
