Omni Hotels & Resorts has appointed former Accor Group executive Adam Hayashi its new chief revenue officer, effective immediately, the hotel company announced Monday.
Hayashi formerly served as global VP of revenue management, distribution and business intelligence for Accor's Fairmont and Raffles brands. At Omni, he's tasked with "helping Omni achieve strategic goals related to maximizing topline revenue performance and capturing greater market share," according to the company.
Hayashi reports to chief commercial officer Jeff Doane, who joined the company in January 2024 and is himself a former Accor executive.
"I have had the opportunity to work with Adam in the past and know his breadth of experience will contribute to Omni's success as we continue to expand our revenue goals and footprint throughout the industry," Doane said in a statement.
Omni credited Hayashi with leading the development at Accor of "a proprietary business intelligence solution" and building "a robust distribution support team." Hayashi joined Accor in 2016 after the company acquired Fairmont parent company FRHI Holdings; he'd joined FRHI in 2012.
Omni's previous chief revenue officer, Jamie Pena, departed the company in November and subsequently joined IHG Hotels & Resorts as its VP of global revenue strategy and programs, according to her LinkedIn profile.
