This hotel is located way out in the remote community of Villa Rio Serrano, which consists of a cluster of a dozen or so hotels set just outside the border of Torres del Paine National Park. The village is located on the shores of the meandering Serrano River and offers stupendous panoramic views of the park's main mountain massif, situated just beyond the open Serrano River plain.
