Jade Mountain is the elite sibling to Anse Chastanet Resort, ostensibly an annex to its slightly less expensive sib. It sits just above the older establishment on a hillside overlooking the sea. Unobstructed views of the island's Bali Hai-esque Piton World Heritage site are just across the bay. Imagine the Matterhorn covered in plumeria and iguanas instead of mountain climbers.
