Location and History
A picturesque 45-minute drive up and over the central mountains from the airport, this resort, spanning 300 acres and among the biggest in the Indian Ocean and the largest in the country, is located on the preferred southern shore of Mahe, set upon a private peninsula featuring five proper beaches (and a few hidden ones).
