Transient business hotel bookings in 25 major North American markets over the next 12 months are trending 5.4 percent higher than in the same period last year,
and the average daily rate on those bookings is up 3.5 percent, according to data from TravelClick released on Tuesday. Group bookings during that period are 3.8 percent higher than a year ago, and ADR on those bookings is down 0.4 percent.
